The Salon
Salon owner and creative director Rob Peirce and his innovative team of stylists and colourists aim to provide a quality and professional service to all of their clients, creating a look that will suit you and your lifestyle. Our salon team are friendly and welcoming, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service, and it is this attention to detail that has lead to us winning awards.
We are one of only a handful of Aveda salons in the South West, and use only Aveda hair products and Aveda full spectrum hair colour, which are sourced from organic, sustainable and renewable plant-based origins.
Aveda colour creates rich, vibrant, customised colour, and its fade-resistant formulas infuse hair with incredible condition and shine for damage-free results. We stock a wide range of Aveda retail products available for both men and women including haircare and styling, skincare as well as Aveda lifestyle products such as candles.

SKIN PATCH TEST PROTOCOLS
Why do we need this?
Skin patch test is a necessary step to help reduce the risk of an adverse reaction to the colour.
Sure we only use AVEDA natural hair colours throughout the roma salon which are famous for being soft & gentle to your skin & hair.
Sure we have very highly trained hairdressers obsessed with good condition hair. We will not take any condition risk at all with hair colouring services.
OUR MANTRA IS “GREAT CONDITION HAIR FOR EVERYBODY”
BUT..
AVEDA colour does contain many natural ingredients such as vanilla.
Its not unheard of for skin to react to vanilla along with many other natural ingredients. Hay fever in early summer is an example of how nature can in some cases irritate & effect the skin.
ACTION REQUIRED
48 hours prior to your hair colour we will need to carry out a skin patch test. Simply call into the salon one of our highly trained staff will carry out the test. It will take no longer than 5 mins. You will be given a recite for proof of test.
The test will need to be repeated every 6 months.
You do not need to book an appointment & there is no charge for service.
